Self-billing agreement

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Self-billing means that we, the customer, write the invoice for you, the supplier. Tax law allows it only if both sides agreed to it beforehand. This is that agreement.

01The parties

[company name to be completed], registered under number [registration number to be completed], VAT number [VAT number to be completed], operating Invozo (“Invozo”, the customer), and you, the holder of the Invozo account, working for yourself under your own tax number (“you”, the supplier).

02What you authorise

You authorise Invozo to issue invoices in your name and on your behalf for the services you supply and that are paid through your Invozo payment links. In Germany and Austria this document is called a Gutschrift; elsewhere it is a self-billed invoice.

03What each invoice shows

04What you agree to

05Checking and objecting

Every invoice is in your account as soon as it is issued. You have 5 working days to tell us in writing that something on it is wrong. We correct it and issue a new one. An invoice you have objected to is not treated as your invoice until it is corrected.

06Your taxes

You alone are responsible for declaring your income and for paying your taxes, VAT and social contributions in the country where you are taxed. Invozo gives you the documents. Invozo is not your tax adviser and does not file anything for you.

07How long it lasts

The agreement starts when you accept it in your account and lasts until your account is closed. We ask you to confirm it again every 12 months. Either of us can end it by closing the account. Ending it does not affect invoices already issued.

08Proof of acceptance

When you accept, we record the date, the time, the name you typed and the IP address, and we send you a copy of this agreement by e-mail.
