Terms for paying clients

Last updated: 11 October 2026

You received an Invozo payment link from someone you booked. These are the terms of that payment.

01Who you are paying

You pay [company name to be completed], which operates Invozo and acts as merchant of record. The charge on your card statement reads Invozo, with no other name. The exact wording is shown on the payment page before you pay and again in the receipt we e-mail you.

02What you are paying for

You are paying for a service you arranged yourself, directly with an independent provider. The provider alone decides what they offer and is responsible for it. Invozo does not offer, arrange, advertise or supervise that service. Our part is the payment.

03What you confirm when you pay

04How the payment works

You pay on a secure page and approve the payment in your banking app with 3-D Secure. Without that approval no money is taken, and a card that does not support 3-D Secure is refused. Your card details go straight to the payment processor; Invozo does not keep your card number and the provider never sees it.

You get a receipt by e-mail with the amount, the reference and the name that appears on your statement.

05Cancelling and refunds

Before the appointment you can ask for your money back, from the provider or from us. Once the service has been provided, the payment is final. The details, and the cases where we refund anyway, are in the Refunds policy.

By paying, you ask for the service to be provided on the date you agreed with the provider. You understand that once it has been fully provided you no longer have the 14-day right to withdraw that consumer law gives for distance contracts.

06If something is wrong

Write to us first. We answer within 2 working days and we can refund straight to your card, which is faster than a bank dispute. You keep the right to go to your bank at any time. If you do, we give the bank the 3-D Secure confirmation and the receipt.

07Your data

We use your e-mail address, the payment details and technical data about your device to take the payment, send your receipt and prevent fraud. The Privacy policy says what, why and for how long.

08Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep every protection given by the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
